30 minutes | $30 not including cost of herbs

Acute care is for single complaints where immediate herbal support would be helpful. In this consult we talk specifically about acute symptoms to be treated, but do not go into chronic concerns. Please book Ongoing Complex Care for long-term, chronic concerns!

• colds/coughs/infections

• acute anxiety response

• acute withdrawal support

• sudden loss/grief

1.5-2 hours | $120 not including cost of herbs

This is the equivalent of a new client consultation and is for new clients who are looking for care in long-term, chronic health experiences. We will talk in-depth about your health history across multiple body systems, current concerns and your health goals. 

After the appointment I will take one week to research, think deeply about recommendations and develop herbal and lifestyle protocols. During this week I will go through my proposed recommendations with my mentor to ensure that you are getting the highest quality, most beneficial formulas for your unique experience.  

We will then have a short phone call (15-20 minutes) to go over my recommendations together, after which I will pour your formula and it will be ready to make its way to you!

• stress, burn out, nervous system depletion

• mental and emotional health

• addiction recovery

30 mins-1 hr | $60 not including cost of herbs

This is where we will talk about how the medicines sat with you, how they helped or didn’t help, what types of adjustments we can make to your formulas and whether you have any new health goals or concerns. Expect to do a follow up 4-6 weeks after your initial consult.

I am available for teaching medicine-making, hosting plant walks and sharing general herbal knowledge I have gleaned from years of working with plants. Please contact me directly for cost, and know that for community-based projects I am happy to donate my time when I'm able if it means empowering community with herbal knowledge!
